Following the preparation of the design package I can tender the works to a number of contractors on your behalf. I provide contract administration services and use the relevant construction contract to ensure milestones and budgets are met.

To achieve this, you should be aware of your responsibilities through the design and construction process. I can act as Principle Designer who will be responsible for planning, managing and co-ordinating the pre-construction and construction phases and assist you in appointing a Principle Contractor.
